Juyuan Union provides IC integrated circuit chip programming services, including in-circuit programming and offline programming. In-circuit programming refers to programming the chip via a programming port after it is mounted on the circuit board; offline programming refers to programming the chip using a programmer via a separate package adapter before it is soldered onto the circuit board. Chip packages cover the most common types, including DIP, SDIP, SOP, MSOP, QSOP, SSOP, TSOP, TSSOP, PLCC, QFP, QFN, MLP, BGA, CSP, SOT, and DFN packages.

Programming methods are generally divided into offline programming and online programming.
1. Offline Programming:
Programming is achieved by connecting a customized programming socket to chips with different packages. The programming socket is essentially a precision fixture; different packages of chips require different programming sockets.
We offer the Xeltek SuperPro-5000 programmer, a universal programmer that supports over 81,000 programmable chips with up to 144 pins. With an independent package adapter, it can be used to program MCUs/MPUs, EPROMs, EEPROMs, Flash, Nand Flash, PLDs/CPLDs, SD Cards, TF Cards, CF Cards, eMMC Cards, eMMC, MoviNand, and OneNand.
We will perform special settings, configurations, and verifications on the chips according to customer requirements to ensure the smooth completion of the entire programming process.

2. In-Circuit Programming:
In-circuit programming uses the chip's standard communication bus, such as USB, SWD, JTAG, UART, etc. The interface is generally fixed, and the number of pins required for programming is minimal. Since the interface communication speed is not high, ordinary cables can be used to complete the programming process, resulting in low power consumption. In-circuit programming is performed via cable connections. If an error is found during production testing, the faulty PCBA can be immediately reprogrammed without chip removal, saving production costs and increasing programming efficiency.
We fully understand the importance of intellectual property rights, therefore we are always ready to sign confidentiality agreements with our customers. We have also established a qualified programming management system to meet the ever-increasing programming requirements of our customers.
We accept Binary, Intel Hex, Motorola S-Records, Tektronix, Extended Tektronix, and POF formats.
