1. Inspect product quality through first-piece inspection, self-inspection, random sampling, and full inspection;
2. Regularly check process parameters and operating procedures to monitor the production process;
3. Regulate the placement of products and items on-site through area planning and signage;
4. Regularly calibrate and verify instruments and equipment to maintain tool accuracy and effectiveness;
5. Emphasize humanistic management on-site, handling matters fairly, justly, and transparently;
6. Focus on training, and even more so on training effectiveness, conducting regular assessments and instilling the "do it right the first time" philosophy;
7. Promptly review and improve any abnormalities or potential defects to drive continuous improvement of the quality system.
