1. Conduct company-wide training and assessment on RoHS-related indicators and control requirements to ensure everyone is aware of and understands them.
2. For RoHS-compliant raw materials (both board materials and inks must comply with RoHS requirements), suppliers must provide relevant RoHS test reports that meet the requirements and be able to conduct regular testing.
3. Raw material storage must be divided into RoHS and non-RoHS areas for classified management to strictly prevent confusion.
4. Tools, auxiliary materials, or chemicals used in the manufacturing process that come into direct contact with the PCB must comply with RoHS requirements. RoHS products and non-RoHS products must be stored separately and clearly labeled.
5. Conduct monthly testing to confirm that finished products comply with RoHS requirements.
